Job Description

The Marketing Assistant position is a dynamic role designed for an enthusiastic individual looking to contribute to a company's marketing efforts.   • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing promotional materials.
  • Assist in organizing and attending company events and trade shows as needed.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website updates.
  • Engage with external suppliers to facilitate promotional materials and merchandise.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing reports and presentations for team use.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience or internship in a marketing role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies and trends.
