Job Description

A Marketing and Social Media Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing a company’s brand presence through strategic marketing and engaging social media activities. This role requires a dynamic individual who combines creativity with strategic thinking to captivate the target audience and drive brand awareness. The executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company's marketing efforts and social media strategy to increase brand visibility, subscriber base, and customer engagement. This involves working closely with other departments to ensure that branding and messaging are consistent across all platforms. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to online interactions and engage with community followers.

  • Coordinate online marketing campaigns and advertising to reinforce the brand image.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences for strategic planning.
  • Develop relationships with influencers to expand brand outreach and engagement.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Supervise social media channels to ensure proper deployment of the marketing message.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and associated analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital advertising and influencer collaboration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
