 WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists                                                                                                       

• Drive business growth and execute projects for Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) systems across India and Southeast Asia.
• Lead end-to-end responsibility from business development and client acquisition to order execution, supplier coordination, and project delivery. Strengthen regional market presence while ensuring technical and commercial success.

 YOU’RE GOOD AT: Write the details of the core area of expertise required to be possessed by the candidate.

• CPP Sales & Business Development: Identifying opportunities, building pipeline, preparing techno-commercial offers, and closing orders.
• Regional Market Expertise: Strong connections with shipyards, vessel owners, marine consultants, and offshore clients in India and Southeast Asia.
• Client Relationship Management: Building long-term trust, leading negotiations, and handling technical-commercial discussions confidently.
• Project Execution: Coordinating engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, delivery, and commissioning for CPP systems.
• Supplier Base Knowledge: Strong understanding of vendor ecosystem for CPP component development and manufacturing.
• Technical Acumen: Good knowledge of propeller systems, shafting, hydraulic systems, control systems, and marine standards.
• Commercial & Contract Handling: Managing margins, variation orders, and commercial risks.
• Strong Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

YOU BRING: Experience & Qualifications (Provide information about knowledge required to delve into this role)

• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Execution of Controllable Pitch Propeller systems
• Proven track record in Indian and Southeast Asia marine markets
• Strong industry network and client connections
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience in supplier coordination and project execution
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

PREFERRED: Information about the knowledge required for the job which is not mandatory to possess.

• Exposure to international marine standards and classification societies
• Experience in marine propulsion systems beyond CPP
• Knowledge of export documentation and international logistics
• Experience in retrofit as well as new-build vessel projects
