Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, along with a solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and multithreading, and a proven ability to guide technical decisions and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, and lead development of high-performance Java applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Drive the design and evolution of RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Oversee efficient database integration and data persistence using JPA and related technologies.
• Ensure implementation of robust security protocols with auth0 and Spring Security.
• Enforce and advocate design patterns and engineering best practices.
• Guide the team in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure high-quality product development.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience Java programming language (OOP, design patterns, multithreading, etc.), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Spring Boot: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, AOP etc.).
• Microservices & RESTful APIs: Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices and APIs.
• Databases: Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• JPA/Hibernate: Experience with JPA/Hibernate for database interaction.
• Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Caching: Experience with caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
