Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising platforms and a strong interest in analytics and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and generate daily/weekly reports
• Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Support A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing
  
  

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
