Responsibilities

• Ensure laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated regularly.
• Assist in the development and validation of new testing procedures and methods.
• Monitor laboratory supplies inventory and report shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Help senior technicians and scientists troubleshoot and resolve experimental issues.
• Conduct basic data analysis and interpret results under supervision of senior staff.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve laboratory skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operations in the lab.
• Support the lab team with administrative tasks and report preparation as assigned.

Requirements
