Job Description

The Junior Client Servicing Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships for the organization. This position requires a multitasker who can balance various clients' needs effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Junior Client Servicing Executive is responsible for supporting the client servicing team in handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries, and managing day-to-day communications with clients. This role demands strong communication skills, a client-centric attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day client interactions and support inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's specific requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
  • Work closely with senior client servicing executives to develop client engagement strategies.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Support the execution and delivery of client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client servicing activities efficiently and accurately.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a proactive communication flow with clients to minimize potential service issues.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings, presentations, and other interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a client servicing or customer support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for developing client-centric solutions.
