Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a Junior Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of comprehensive client portfolios and records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals to support business development.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and report key account metrics and client feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within client accounts.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Support client servicing activities such as billing inquiries and account administration.
  • Update CRM systems with client information and interactions to maintain accuracy.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Prior experience in client servicing or customer relations is an advantage.
  • Must be a team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
