Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and activities at the interior fitout site to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and complies with quality standards set by the project.
• Assist the project manager in planning and executing project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with various subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely site deliveries.
• Monitor and enforce the implementation of health and safety policies on the site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the fitout process.
• Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and any issues encountered on site.
• Support the procurement of materials and ensure that they meet required specifications.
• Generate and provide daily and weekly progress reports to senior management as required.
• Ensure the coordination of logistics and site workforce to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or similar role.
• Proven knowledge of construction processes, particularly interior fitout projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities for site challenges.
