Job Description

As a Junior Project Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the project management team to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of various projects. You will collaborate with other team members to help facilitate all aspects of the project management process, including documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop their skills in project management, work within a dynamic team environment, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure that team members meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations clearly.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and report on any issues.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes to the team.
  • Contribute to the management of project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within plan.
  • Support in the risk management activities by identifying potential project risks early.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders and upper management.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, promoting collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current project management trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address project challenges.
  • Experience in project coordination or management support roles is an advantage.
