Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to join our dynamic technology team. Responsibilities

  • Document technical procedures and user guides for efficient knowledge sharing.

  • Analyze and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner for minimal disruption.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Respond to service outages or performance issues with prompt solutions.
  • Conduct routine system audits and maintain inventory of equipment and assets.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues accordingly.
  • Experience with help desk and remote support tools is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
