Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and other design elements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design plans and specifications.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular consultations and feedback sessions.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools to aid in visualizing proposed design solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with safety and regulatory requirements at all stages.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
• Work within project budgets and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines for client approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated creativity and a strong passion for innovative design solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and other design regulations.
• Availability to travel for project site visits and client meetings as needed.
