Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior architecture or design field.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, is essential.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Licensure as an architect or interior designer is highly desirable and advantageous.
