Job Description

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and providing solutions through our diverse product offerings. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline, conducting sales calls, and performing product demonstrations. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate sales leads.

  • Manage and maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into customer accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations online to effectively showcase product offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships with strategic clients.
  • Work with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to management for new product offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and changes in the marketplace.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to upper management for decision-making purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
