As an HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing HR operations related to compensation and benefits. Your expertise will ensure that the company’s compensation structure is competitive, compliant, and tailored to meet organizational goals while attracting and retaining top talent. You'll be responsible for the administrative aspects of HR operations, ensuring that benefits are well-communicated, and employees are satisfied with their compensation packages. This role involves working with a diverse team and requires excellent analytical skills to evaluate and optimize compensation systems. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational performance, necessitating a balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage compensation strategies aligning with organizational objectives and market demands.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on compensation metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits.
  • Engage with third-party service providers to negotiate and manage benefits programs and perks.
  • Educate employees about benefits programs and address any inquiries or issues they may have.
  • Support the development of fiscal plans and budgets related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in compensation databases and systems.
  • Implement new compensation initiatives and promote best HR practices across the organization.
  • Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to recommend strategic adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR operations or compensation and benefits roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and compensation regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with salary surveys and various compensation tools and methodologies.
