Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and laws.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to maintain a competitive compensation structure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee HR operations including payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Create and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for improving HR practices and policies.
  • Assist in the management of employee performance appraisal processes and development plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate job evaluations and develop job descriptions for various roles within the company.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive integration experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR operations or compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA and FMLA.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management software systems is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
