Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization run smoothly by managing daily HR operations and supporting various human resources functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to enhance employee retention strategies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions to support employees' professional growth and development.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures, policies, and benefits programs.
  • Coordinate performance management programs to foster employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in talent acquisition processes including job postings and candidate interviews.
  • Support conflict resolution processes and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management for workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs ensuring offerings meet business needs and compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate professionally to employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and database management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
