The HR Generalist position, with the designation 18N25, is pivotal for managing and enhancing human resources operations within our organization. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives, which will include implementing HR best practices, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Generalist will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the company's HR needs are being efficiently addressed while aligning with overall business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, ensuring cultural and role assimilation.
  • Oversee employee relations concerns, offering guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Facilitate performance management and provide support in employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in a confidential and organized manner.
  • Conduct regular HR training sessions for management and staff members.
  • Assist in planning and executing HR programs and initiatives that improve workplace engagement.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefit programs effectively.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate termination and off-boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a generalist HR role required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for the role.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
