  • Maintain clear communication with other departments for service coordination and problem resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to housekeeping services.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for housekeeping services and supplies effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the housekeeping department.
  • Oversee special cleaning projects and tasks as required by the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities are essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
