Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Treasury to lead and manage the organization’s treasury operations within the fintech ecosystem. The role involves overseeing liquidity management, fund raising, banking relationships, risk management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and fund allocation
• Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans
• Manage banking relationships, payment gateways, and financial institutions
• Drive fundraising activities (debt/equity), including investor relations and financial structuring
• Oversee working capital management and ensure adequate liquidity at all times
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks (interest rate, liquidity, currency risks if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines relevant to fintech operations
• Manage investment portfolio, short-term and long-term fund deployment strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Business) for financial planning and decision-making
• Optimize cost of funds and enhance profitability through efficient treasury practices
• Lead automation and digital transformation of treasury processes
  
  

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
• 8–15+ years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Mandatory experience in Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending / Payments Industry
• Strong understanding of financial markets, debt instruments, and fund structuring
• Experience in raising capital, managing investors, and banking partnerships
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, FEMA, etc.)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  
  

• Expertise in cash flow forecasting and liquidity modeling
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment
