Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail for each.
• Effectively communicate ideas through visual storytelling and typography.
• Liaise with external printers to ensure production quality meets expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and techniques in the industry.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback.
• Coordinate with content teams to ensure graphics complement written materials.
• Maintain design archives in an organized and efficient manner for easy access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong comprehension of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to think strategically and solve design issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
