As a Flutter Developer, you will be joining our dynamic and innovative team to create high-quality mobile applications utilizing the Flutter framework. Your primary focus will be on designing and building pioneering applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will coordinate with other functional teams to ensure that the applications run seamlessly across all devices and platforms. This role requires expertise in mobile development and a strong grasp over the latest technologies and industry best practices. As a proactive problem-solver, you will be expected to participate in all phases of the development life cycle, from initial analysis and design to implementation and post-launch support. Your work will directly influence the user experience of our global clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services effectively.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and standards.
• Perform app testing to identify bottlenecks and fix bugs, improving applications continuously.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization across multiple projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, framework updates, and industry trends.
• Operate within an agile team environment, making iterative improvements and updates.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git for collaboration and code management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Engage in peer and design reviews to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Contribute to on-time delivery of software solutions and management of project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role in mobile apps development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming and understanding of Flutter framework principles.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and mobile app architecture.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs for seamless application functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to backend services.
• Understanding of modern development tools, including version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of material design principles and mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
