Job Description

A Finance Executive plays a pivotal role in the financial health and stability of an organization. The Finance Executive collaborates with top management to guide decisions on budgeting, forecasting, and investment activities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to guide investment and business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain balance.
  • Lead and motivate finance team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to review financial performance and strategize improvements.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Negotiate contracts and financial terms to benefit organizational interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax codes, and financial principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in financial project leadership and staff management.
