Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business prospects to drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and other networking events to expand contact base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams for improvements and innovations.
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
