Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of enterprise resource planning projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including IT professionals, business users, and vendors, to drive technology integration that enhances business efficiency. The ERP Project Manager will provide strong leadership and oversight, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives and actively addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing the timeline for ERP software implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impede project success.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and produce up-to-date project status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during implementations.
  • Provide guidance and direction to project team members and support personnel.
  • Oversee project budget, ensuring financial accountability and resource allocation efficiency.
  • Assess project performance and evaluate outcomes to enhance future project delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Maintain project documentation and track key project metrics for reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing large-scale ERP projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate project teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for project challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
