The role of an ERP Project Manager is pivotal in steering the successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems within an organization. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure ERP implementation aligns with business goals.
• Lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and analyze their impact.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
• Maintain a continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives and recommends modifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for simplifying and optimizing processes.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project targets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and project management is mandatory.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee and mitigate potential issues.
• PMP or any equivalent certification is highly preferred.
