Your Mission

Work with TravClan’s founders to identify, validate and build high-priority opportunities. Turn an ambiguous customer or business problem into a testable proposition, launch it quickly and build evidence of customer adoption, revenue or improved economics.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Own one or more 0-to-1 opportunities from customer discovery and market sizing through pilot and early scale.

• Convert broad questions into a clear hypothesis, business case, success metric and execution plan.

• Speak directly with customers, launch minimum viable solutions and use evidence to iterate, scale or stop.

• Own defined adoption, revenue, volume or contribution targets for the initiative.

• Work with Product and Technology to translate customer insight into requirements and drive product adoption.

• Test segments, channels, pricing, propositions and partnerships to create repeatable growth loops.

• Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics and Finance while remaining the single owner of outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years in product, growth, business, consulting, founder’s office or another high-quality problem-solving role.

• At least one year of startup experience is strongly preferred.

• Evidence of building, launching or selling something—not only supporting it.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and execution skills.

• Comfort working directly with customers and doing hands-on work beyond the job title.

• Curious, ethical, resilient and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

The Recruitment Process:

1. Personal Interviews:2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
