We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into the company database systems daily.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any errors found during the entry process.
  • Organize and maintain client and account files to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry and prioritize accordingly.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inaccuracies if feasible.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
  • Generate reports and summaries of data as required by management.
  • Conduct regular backups and ensure data retrieval procedures are followed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data entry processes and protocols.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files efficiently.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data entry tasks.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with proficient keyboarding skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Knowledge of database management and data retrieval procedures is advantageous.
