Job Summary
The AI & Robotics Programme generates significant value through data-driven insights, AI-enabled analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities. As the CCGT (Combined Cycle Gas Turbine) programme scales, robust and high-quality dashboards and analytics solutions that support decision-making, value tracking, and KPI reporting are critical to demonstrating and sustaining programme impact.
The Dashboard & Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that serve the CCGT AI programme, including Databricks-based reporting pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks. Based in New Delhi, this role will collaborate closely with the CCGT AI Delivery & Data Readiness Manager and the wider data engineering team to deliver analytics that drive transparency and accountability across the programme.
Major Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support CCGT AI programme reporting, decision-making, and stakeholder communications.
- Build and maintain analytics pipelines in Databricks, and/or Power Platform where appropriate, to enable scalable and automated reporting from structured and semi-structured data sources. Including configuring, monitoring and maintaining auto data refresh schedules, troubleshooting and issues resolution.
- Configure and maintain Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, reports, security models, refresh schedules and report performance optimisation. Including configuring and maintaining Row-Level Security (RLS) & user access permissions.
- Develop and manage KPI tracking frameworks aligned to CCGT AI programme objectives and value realisation metrics.
- Collaborate with the CCGT AI Delivery & Data Readiness Manager to translate business reporting requirements into effective analytics solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs, implementing data quality checks and validation routines.
- Support value realisation reporting, enabling programme stakeholders to track AI programme benefits against defined targets and baselines.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all reporting solutions, including data dictionaries, data lineage records, and refresh schedules.
- Engage with project and functional stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable, insight-driven outputs.
- Contribute to the standardisation of reporting templates and data visualisation best practices across the AI programme.
- Monitor dashboard performance and user adoption, iterating on design and content based on stakeholder feedback.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting or data solutions
Required Knowledge And Skills
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design for executive and operational audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Apache Spark-based analytics environments.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data transformation concepts, including ETL/ELT patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions, working independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an EPC, engineering, or capital projects environment, with knowledge of project delivery KPIs and metrics.
- Familiarity with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Experience with KPI framework design and value realisation reporting in the context of technology or transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and metadata management tools (e.g., Unity Catalog or Microsoft Purview).
- Power BI certification or equivalent analytics platform certification.
- Exposure to AI programme reporting, including tracking of adoption metrics, model performance, and programme milestones.
