Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Provide customers with product and service information and assistance.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with resolution of their issues or complaints.
  • Schedule follow-up calls with customers to ensure problem resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve customer service operations.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Support marketing and sales teams by suggesting product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience or related role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are of utmost importance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are necessary.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a college degree being an advantage.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
