  • Meet or exceed customer service key performance indicators and targets.

  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to upgrade skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive issues effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for application.
