Job Description

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer queries.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools for task management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
