Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator is an integral part of our customer relations team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. This role involves handling a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining high service standards. The Coordinator will act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. They will be tasked with developing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and is able to manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. As a key player in the customer service department, the Coordinator will collaborate with different teams to streamline service processes and support the continuous improvement of customer service initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the customer service department.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for customer retention.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report on common issues to management teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service.
  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives as needed.
  • Manage a customer support ticketing system to ensure follow-up and resolution.
  • Analyze customer service metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer service activities and trends for management review.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate critical issues to appropriate supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
