The Customer Service Assistant is a vital link between our company and our valued clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints systematically.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about products and services.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to products and services and inform customers accordingly.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customer service team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Exemplary problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
