The role of a Customer Relationship Executive is pivotal in managing and enhancing the relationship between a business and its clientele. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts by providing timely updates and addressing any issues or queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Organize and partake in client meetings to discuss progress and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions with clients and feedback received.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels to management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of customized client plans and strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
  • Ensure the prompt collection of payments and handle invoicing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • A strong understanding of customer relationship management principles is required.
