The role of a Customer Relationship Executive is pivotal in establishing and maintaining strong relationships between a company and its clientele. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients.

  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult clients.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
