We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Executive to join our marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer feedback and behavior to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze CRM data to generate insights and improve customer interaction protocols.
  • Design and implement customer journey maps to enhance customer experiences.
  • Create and deliver CRM training sessions for employees to promote best practices.
  • Develop reports to track the effectiveness of CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in the use and management of CRM systems.
  • Work with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues with CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and trends related to customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within a marketing department.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software systems and database management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations affecting CRM practices.
  • Experience in training and mentoring teams on CRM best practices.
