About You

We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a Public Relations Consultant. You are a creative thinker who excels at developing and executing PR campaigns that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease.

As a Consultant, you take on both a project and emerging people manager role. You perform day-to-day account work while beginning to oversee others’ work. You are recognized as the go-to on the team and clients trust you to provide updates, advice, and ideas.

What You Do

As a Consultant, you can manage projects, working with a high degree of independence. You have proven experience working on campaigns and programs across various disciplines and are pivotal in bridging planning to execution, accomplishing most work with just a ‘gut-check’ from managers or account leads.

• You work closely with Team Lead to create and implement strategic communication plans that meet client goals.
• You manage daily client communications and serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• You proactively seek opportunities to optimize campaigns and drive growth within existing client accounts.
• You contribute to the creation of media materials, such as press releases, pitches, and briefing documents.
• You monitor media coverage and deliver regular reports and analyses to clients.
• You help coordinate events, press conferences, and media interviews.
• You mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their skill development and expertise.
• You support new business pitches by conducting research, preparing presentation materials, and participating in client meetings.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a PR agency or related field.
• Experience working with B2B technology or corporate clients is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support and execute communication strategies across various media channels.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You have enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
