As a Collection Manager in the finance sector, you will oversee the collections team responsible for managing past due accounts, ensuring the recovery of funds in a timely manner. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a collection management role within the financial industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for negotiation.
  • In-depth knowledge of collection laws and regulations is mandatory.
