Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat support platform.

  • Stay up to date with product updates and changes to provide accurate information.
  • Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction ratings.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Use feedback to improve and maintain high-quality support for all customers.
  • Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of the chat support system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service position, preferably in chat support.
  • Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle diverse customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using chat software and Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
