The Business Relationship Executive (BRX) plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining client relationships that are crucial to organizational success. The BRX is responsible for understanding the needs and goals of clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships with a successful track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
