We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our forward-thinking team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage negotiations and close deals that align with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns for new products.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Review and report on the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Development Executive.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
