Job Description

The Business Analyst – Customer Experience plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers' needs and our company's strategic objectives. This position involves analyzing consumer data, trends, and feedback to enhance our business processes and improve customer satisfaction. Serving as the voice of the customer within the organization, the Business Analyst works closely with different departments to ensure that customer insights are integrated into decision-making processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a business analysis role, focusing on customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer experience frameworks and strategic planning processes.
