Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive documentation of new systems and processes for team use.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with stakeholders to refine requirements and outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all project activities.
  • Mentor and support team members in understanding business analysis best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or relevant role in a similar field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in various business analysis tools and methodologies for process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
