BLG - Zonal Business Head - Business Banking Group BBG New Delhi

1. Manage business and distribution for SME business within Business Lending Group for complex geographical locations (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics
2. Optimise portfolio yield
3. The business will cater to clients with turnover over between 25 - 100 Crs 
4. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
5. Building profitable franchise for SME. 
6. Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
7. Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
8. Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
9. Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch

Responsibilities

1. Manage financial health and growth of SMEs ,₹25–100 Cr turnover, ₹5–15 Cr credit exposure
2. Drive profitability by increasing revenue, controlling costs, & promoting fee-based products (CMS, TFx, EXIM)
3. Monitor portfolio health, focusing on SMA & NPA
4. Develop growth strategies for BBG and EEG segments, including geographic expansion & complex credit structuring tailored to borrowers’ needs
5. Ensure compliance through covenant monitoring & audit oversight
6. Collaborate across credit, operations, risk, IT & compliance to streamline policies & processes
7. Lead and mentor teams, set performance metrics, & improve operational efficiency via TAT & FTNR controls
8. Leverage legal and technical expertise to manage complex cases & present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
9. Oversee end-to-end credit delivery, coordinating sourcing, underwriting, operations, legal, & monitoring for smooth execution.

Qualifications

Qualification required: Graduate/  Post Graduate

Min Exp: 15 years

Max Exp: 20 - 22 years
