Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to junior sales executives when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven sales experience within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical abilities for understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills for managing multiple clients.
