Job Description

As an Automobile Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the purchase of vehicles. You will work closely with potential buyers, offering them expert advice on various auto models and options, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with customers and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the department's overall sales strategy.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to inform customers accurately.
  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue.
  • Handle necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales transactions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure prompt vehicle delivery post-sale.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to offer a positive experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in automotive sales.
  • Strong communication skills and capability to build relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and understanding of automotive market trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications for daily tasks.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
