As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the audio-visual sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized AV solutions that exceed their expectations. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the audio-visual market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AV solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their audio-visual needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the audio-visual industry.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction with solutions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry products and trends.
  • Ensure post-sale client follow-ups and manage customer relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual products, solutions, and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
