Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Vendor Management professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with key vendors to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify vendor requirements and support procurement processes.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Prepare reports and analyze vendor metrics to support negotiations and decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all vendor interactions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor services and agreements.
  • Support the vendor review and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvements.
  • Assist in managing vendor-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Participate in vendor meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to vendor management, including data entry and file maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in vendor management or procurement is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify discrepancies and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
