Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of business valuations, regulatory valuations, financial reporting valuations, IBC valuations, and valuation of securities/financial assets.
  
• Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, industry research, and preparation of company profiles.
  
• Support development of financial models under supervision (DCF, Comparable Companies, etc.).
  
• Assist in data collection, validation, and documentation required for valuation assignments.
  
• Prepare draft valuation workings, assumptions, and supporting schedules.
  
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards, internal processes, and documentation requirements.
  
• Support senior team members in client deliverables and timelines.
  
• Participate in on-the-job learning and training sessions during reviews.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

• Candidate must be from finance background preferably CA/CPA/CFA – qualified or semi qualified. Post graduation in Finance will be a plus.
  
• Sound understanding of valuation and finance concepts.
  
• Working knowledge of valuation approaches such as DCF, CCM, CTM, and basic exposure to option pricing methods.
  
• Familiarity with Indian valuation regulations and standards (ICAI, IBBI, etc.).
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
